1. Make sure iCLOUD is not signed in, it's in settings-icloud (best way to know not cloud lock is if its on factory menu)
2. Check all buttons make sure they work.
3. Test both back and front camera
4. Test with a working sim card, make a test call, make sure the speaker and the microphone works
